Achieving certification together - compact, digital, effective
With the We Impact Convoy, we offer small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and organizations a compact, fully accompanied solution for the introduction of We Impact Level 1. The term convoy stands for the joint approach of several organizations - closely accompanied, in exchange with each other and with a clear goal: successful certification according to We Impact Level 1.
In just six months, you will go through all the steps towards certification in a small group - from the initial assessment to entry in the We Impact Register. The implementation is digital and practical, with room for individual work and professional support.
Who is the convoy suitable for?
The convoy is aimed at organizations that want to anchor sustainability in the company in a structured and effective way - and want to benefit from support, exchange and a clear roadmap.
The convoy is particularly aimed at managing directors, sustainability managers and specialists and executives from areas such as management, environment, purchasing, HR or communication.
No previous knowledge is required.
What is included?
The We Impact Convoy is a guided process for implementing We Impact Level 1 in your company or organization. You will receive a complete package including the following services:

Reliable support through all relevant steps
You receive online support, advice and practical templates. You can integrate additional requirements or tools for CO₂ balancing or data management yourself as required. -
Organization of the audit
We coordinate with the independent testing body. -
Learning in the network
Exchange with other participants in the group – for mutual inspiration and collegial support. -
Clear cost structure
We currently offer the complete package for €6,499 (plus VAT) per participant. Participation includes all services including an audit for one location.
Note: The certification fee applies to one location. Additional locations can be added for €500 (plus VAT).
This is how the convoy works
The We Impact Convoy accompanies you step by step from the initial assessment to certification readiness after stage 1.
As soon as five organizations have made a binding commitment, the next round starts.
The process at a glance:
- Duration: approx. six months
- Format: Combination of online seminars, practical phases for your own implementation combined with individual review appointments
- Focus: Combination of theory, exchange in the group and direct practical implementation in your own company
Components of the convoy:
- Five digital web seminars: Theory, practical examples and exchange with other participants
- Practical phases: Transfer of content to your company with clear tasks
- Review appointments with experts: Clarification of individual questions, feedback on your results
- Implementation-oriented materials: Templates and aids support implementation. You can bring in your own tools or software solutions.
- Certification audit: Completion by an independent inspection body; after a successful audit, registration in the official We-Impact register takes place

The We Impact Convoy is offered by KATE Environment & Development, the We Impact office. It is aimed at companies and organizations that want to firmly embed sustainability and make their performance visible with the We Impact Level 1 Seal.
You will receive a practical, comprehensive package with individual support, proven materials, and an audit by an independent auditor.
The next 2 convoys are planned to start in March and June 2026.
