We Impact is the two-tier sustainability management system for mapping all ESG data in a quality-assured manner and meeting reporting standards. In addition, We Impact offers a management structure that generates systemic added value by improving organization and processes. With We Impact, companies address the requirements of business partners and banks alike and the correct handling of ESG risks in order to strengthen their own resilience.
Level 1 provides an understandable and feasible introduction, especially for small and medium-sized companies.
Level 2 is aimed at organizations with more experience and fully integrates the European environmental management system EMAS, expanded to include social and governance aspects.
We Impact is based on recognized standards and takes into account ESRS and LkSG. It leads to certified sustainability management with a verified VSME report, validated as part of an independent audit. This provides companies with proof of their sustainability performance, strengthens their external credibility and creates a reliable basis for the requirements of legislators, customers and banks.

Independent audit
Tested according to clear standards
Companies that wish to be certified under We Impact are assessed by independent auditors who are specifically approved for the system.
In Stage 1, qualified impact auditors conduct the audit. In Stage 2, it is carried out by EMAS environmental verifiers who hold an additional We Impact qualification.
This ensures the quality of the examination and strengthens the credibility of the certification.
