A first for “We Impact”: TM Ausbau is the first company to be successfully certified under “We Impact” Level 1. This demonstrates that companies that take a structured approach to sustainability can effectively drive change, even among small and medium-sized enterprises.
With over 60 years of experience and approximately 330 employees, TM Ausbau is one of the leading interior finishing companies in Germany and Austria. As a comprehensive specialist in interior finishing, tenant fit-outs, and furniture manufacturing, the company supports projects from planning through to implementation. Sustainability has been part of the company’s philosophy for years: TM Ausbau aligns itself with the United Nations’ 17 SDGs, prepares an annual greenhouse gas inventory in accordance with SBTi, and focuses on resource-efficient construction. This includes the use of Cradle to Cradle-certified materials and the construction of buildings with sustainability certifications such as LEED or DGNB.
With the “We Impact” Level 1 certification, this commitment is now formally established and validated through an independent audit. Concrete measures, such as the gradual transition to green electricity and the implementation of a mobility policy, create transparency and a solid foundation for further development.
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the entire TM Ausbau team on their certification and look forward to welcoming them to the “We Impact” community.
